  • Implement call coverage like call pickup, hunt groups, intercom, and others

Module 2: Cisco Unity Connection

  • Integrate Cisco Unity Connection with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Setup Cisco Unity Connection system settings, authentication, and others
